FILED, Application For Informal Probate and For Informal Appointment of Personal Representative (Without Will), alleging intestacy of the above-named decedent, and praying for informal probate and the issuance of Letters of Administration to Applicant STEPHEN L. TENGAN, whose address is 918 7th Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand For Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
