NOTICE OF PUBLICATION

In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk and Master, from the Plaintiffs’ complaint which is sworn to that the whereabouts of the defendant DENISE ABBOTT COOK are unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon her.
It is therefore, ordered that publication be made
in the HONOLULU STAR-ADVERTISER, a newspaper published in Honolulu, Hawaii, for four consecutive weeks commanding said defendant to file an answer to the complaint with the Clerk and Master whose address is 100 Public Square, Room 401, Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee 37066 and a copy to Plaintiff’s attorney, according to law within thirty days from September 20, 2019. If the Defendant fails to do so, judgment by default will be taken against her for the relief demanded in the complaint.
