NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS AND
CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST OF
JEANNETTE HIDEKO HIRONAKA
All persons having a claim against the Estate of Jeannette Hideko Hironaka who died in August 2019 or the Jeannette Hideko Hironaka Revocable Living Trust dated March 22, 1992 (as amended) are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to LIANE YAMASHIRO, Successor Trustee of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o Suzanne T. Terada, 888 Mililani Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
If any interested person objects to any probate, he may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested persons desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand of Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
