CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS AND RENOVATIONS” project [HDCC Job No. 11718], located at 1301 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 401678, formerly 2-1-035:033) in accordance with its contract with The Queen’s Medical Center, Owner.
