CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “2018 REPLACE EMERGENCY GENERATOR” project [HDCC Job No. 11829], located at 1585 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 2-3-040:001, 2-3-040:003) in accordance with its contract with GGP Ala Moana, L.L.C., Owner.
