NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the co-trustees named below to all persons having a claim against HARRY SUEHARU YAMAMOTO (aka Sueharu Yamamoto) (“Decedent”), who died on February 10, 2019, Decedent’s Estate, or the Harry S. Yamamoto Revocable Living Trust dated December 29, 1986 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to NORMA K. YAMAMOTO, KATHRYN K. YAMAMOTO and DEBRA H. HAGIHARA, co-trustees of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is P.O. Box 235074, Honolulu, Hawaii 96823, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
