FILED, Petition for Adjudication of Intestacy, Expedited Orders for a Determination of Priority for Disposition of Remains, and Appointment of Personal Representative, alleging intestacy of decedent, above-named, d.o.d. 4/23/2019, and asking that Kyna Lynette Welch, whose address is c/o Attorney Robin R. Gregory, LLLC, 74 Kihapai St., Kailua, HI 96734, be named Personal Representative and have priority to dispose of decedent’s remains.
September 05, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI 96813, is the appointed hearing date, time, and place for petition and all interested parties. All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if claim is secured by a mortgage on real estate, to nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
