YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Petitioner GLEN Y. MORIBE has filed a Petition for Determination of Death in the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii, in Probate No. 19-1-0515, requesting the Probate Court to determine that MATTHEW G. MORIBE aka MATTHEW GLEN MORIBE aka MATTHEW MORIBE is deceased, having been lost at sea on March 17, 2019.

The Petition shall come on for hearing in the courtroom of the Probate Judge who shall be sitting in Probate in the First Circuit, at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Thursday, the 24th day of October, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. Any interested person may attend this hearing, and any objection or response to the Petition may be filed with the Court prior to the hearing date, and shall also be served upon Attorneys ROY K.S.
