YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WCW1 (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint in Civil No. 17-1-1568-09, praying for sums owing of principal, interest, advances, costs, attorney’s fees, and for other proper relief, including without limitation, foreclosure sale of the mortgaged premises arising out of the Adjustable Rate Note held by Plaintiff, and secured by the Mortgage dated May 3, 2004, and recorded in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Document No. 3108049 affecting Certificate of Title No. 1,056,227. The property described in the Mortgage and subject to foreclosure sale is situate at Honouliuli, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, having a TMK of (1) 9-1-016-041, CPR 0074 and having the address of 91-1159 Kamaaha Loop, #11F, Kapolei, HI 96707.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before
the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti in her courtroom at First Circuit Court, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on September 17, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, KARYN A. DOI of LEU OKUDA & DOI whose address is The Merchant House, 222 Merchant Street, Main Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
