Ke ‘Aina Kai Townhomes condominium project, located at 91-1101 Kaileolea Drive, 2G4, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706, TMK (1) 9-1-114-163-0016, on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 17th day of September, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or otherwise plead and serve it before said day upon Anderson Lahne & Fujisaki LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership, the ASSOCIATION’s attorneys, whose address is 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2301, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
