All persons having a claim against the Estate of LEATRICE S. MIMURA, also known as LEATRICE SACHIKO MIMURA, who died on May 9, 2019, or the LEATRICE S. MIMURA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated June 7, 2012, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to WARREN NOBUYUKI MIMURA, Successor Trustee of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Ave., Honolulu, HI 96816, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
