Notice is hereby given that CHUCK YIM GEE passed away on May 17, 2019. Pursuant to HRS § 560:3-801, All persons having any claim against the above-named estate and/or trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Karen Chong, successor co-trustee of the Trust, at 42 Still Beach Court, Sacramento, CA 95831, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
