YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Laurie F. Sukel, Individually and in her capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Sherry A. Sukel, (“Petitioner”) has filed a (1) Petition For Approval of the Confidential Settlement, Indemnification, and Mutual Release Agreement; (2) Petition For Dismissal of Jessica Lynn Harris’ Petition For Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative and Termination of Teresa M. O. Wrightington as Special Administrator, Filed April 10, 2017; and (3) Petition To Instruct Interim Personal Representative Estate Administrative Services, LLC and Any Successor Personal Representative, To Directly Pay the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Owed To Mark S. Kawata, Esq., as Provided For In the Settlement Term Sheet, Dated May 25, 2018 [Filed on 3/11/19], P. No. 17-1-0058 in the above-entitled Court, wherein it prays that the Court approve a Settlement Agreement pursuant to HRS Sections 560:3-1101 and 560:3-1102 regarding the Estate and for other appropriate relief that the Court orders.
