("Plaintiff’) has filed a Complaint; Summons, on July 18, 2018 ("Complaint") against you in Civil No. 1RC18-1-3904, in the District Court of the First Circuit, Honolulu Division, State of Hawaii, concerning that certain Convertible Secured Promissory Note, where Plaintiff asks that the Court issue a judgment for monetary damages, and other and further relief as justice requires.
