Robert F. Fooksman, also known as
Robert Frank Fooksman, Deceased

All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or the Robert F. Fooksman and Rosalind A. Fooksman Joint Revocable Trust dated 9/20/2016, are hereby notified that Marc Fooksman and Tracie Takamoto are the successor co-Trustees of the above-named Trust, whose address is c/o Law Office of Justin K. Ito, LLLC, 700 Bishop Street, Ste. 1101, Honolulu, HI 96813. Pursuant to H.R.S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent, and the above-named estate and Trust, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the successor co-Trustees at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
