A Petition praying for Confirmation of Existence of Trust, Approval of Trust Terms, and to Vest Title In Trust ("Petition") having been filed on MAY 13 2019, all interested persons (including the beneficiaries of the Turner-Pellett Living Trust Dated 1991, whose names and addresses are unknown), are hereby notified that Thursday, Aug 8 2019 at 10:00 a.m., before the Presiding Probate Court Judge, in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, Hawaii, is appointed the time and place for the hearing of said Petition.
