GOVERNMENT OF THE REQUEST FOR BIDS NOTICE The Department of Transportation, Communications & Infrastructure of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM TC&I) is hereby soliciting bids from interested entities for the purpose of implementing the “Yap International Airport New Electrical Vault” project. This work will be performed under the United Sates Federal Aviation Administration (US FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) to FSM. The duration of construction is three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days starting from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued to the selected contractor. Further details of this bid package may be obtained by submitting written interests to the following contacts, or via email with the subject heading “Yap International Airport New Electrical Vault project”. Mr. Lukner Weilbacher Mr. Marvin Heine The bid tender must be submitted to the above contact no later than 4:00 pm, Pohnpei FSM time, Friday June 21, 2019, in order to be considered. The pre-bid conference will be held at Yap International Airport’s VIP lounge at 4:00 on June 5, 2019. FSM TC&I reserves the right to reject any and all bid tenders for any reason, if in FSM TC&I’s sole opinion to do so would be in FSM TC&I’s best interest. |
