NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor trustee named below to all persons having a claim against GREGORY KAI HEEN KOP (“Decedent”), who died on February 16, 2019, Decedent’s Estate or the Gregory Kai Heen Kop Living Trust dated May 15, 2003 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to DONAMAY LAU GUINASSO, successor trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 5 Riviera Manor Drive, San Rafael, California 94901, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
