The City & County of Honolulu, Department of Planning and Permitting, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City & County’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located 4,607′ above the Farrington Highway bridge along Kaukonahua Stream to approximately 9,390′ above the bridge. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Kaukonahua Stream from a point approximately 13,457′ above Kaiaka Bay to a point approximately 18,240′ above Kaiaka Bay.
As a result of the revision, the floodway shall be established and revised, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established and revised, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall be established and revised within the area of revision.
