NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Royal Contracting Co., Ltd of that certain Kapolei Busines Park West situated at Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-014:042, 9-1-015:025:033, has been completed.
