SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF MAKAKILO GARDENS, INCREMENT NO. 3, by its Board of Directors ("Association") has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1RC17-1-6616 in the District Court of the First Circuit, Ewa Division, State of Hawaii, whereby said Association prays for judgment in an amount to be proven at trial, together with costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith on Apartment E-34 of Makakilo Gardens, Increment No. 3.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the District Judge of this Court in his or her Courtroom at 870 Fourth Street, Pearl City, Hawaii on Thursday, the 20th day of June, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon MILTON M. MOTOOKA, CAROL A. L. ROSENBERG, JANELLE M. F. LAU or MELANIE K. OYAMA, attorneys for Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Complaint.
