ROBERT CAMPBELL ("Plaintiff’) has filed a Complaint; Summons, on October 31, 2018 ("Complaint") against you in Civil No. 1RC18-1-7135, in the District Court of the First Circuit, Honolulu Division, State of Hawai’i, concerning the Yamaha Boat Serial #FlU-710264, where Plaintiff asks that the Court issue a judgment for monetary damages, and other and further relief as justice requires.
