Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent, and the trust created by that certain unrecorded George Tim Fu Living Trust, dated August 8, 2012, are hereby notified that Debra K. Siu, Trustee, whose mailing address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, 1132 Bishop Street, Suite 2400, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, is the current and acting Trustee of the George Tim Fu Living Trust. Pursuant to statute all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust, are notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Debra K. Siu, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
