Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 428-808, Emergence Genomics, LLC gives notice of its dissolution and requests that persons with claims against the company present them in accordance with this notice. Claims against the company must be mailed to Bays Lung Rose & Holma (MCS), 700 Bishop Street, Suite 900, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 with claimant’s name, address, phone number, amount claimed, and a detailed description of the claim. A claim against the company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after March 15, 2019.
