JOSEPH B. ROTHSTEIN, also known as Joseph Barry Rothstein and Joseph Rothstein, Individually and as Trustee of the JOSEPH ROTHSTEIN Trust dated May 8, 2003, as Amended, Deceased.
The above-named decedent died on December 10, 2018. All creditors of the above-named decedent and/or his Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to ANN K. YOKLAVICH, Successor Trustee of the JOSEPH ROTHSTEIN Trust dated May 8, 2003, as amended, c/o Dean M. Park, Esq., 1585 Kapiolani Blvd. Ste 1111, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
