JAMES CHUN MAN YOUNG AKA JAMES CHEW MUN YOUNG SELF TRUSTEED TRUST DATED JUNE 3, 1992, AS AMENDED AND THE ESTATE OF JAMES CHUN MAN YOUNG AKA JAMES CHEW MUN YOUNG, DECEASED
James Chun Man Young aka James Chew Mun Young died on September 7, 2018.
All creditors of that certain James Chun Man Young aka James Chew Mun Young Self Trusteed Trust dated June 3, 1992, as Amended ("Trust"), made by James Chew Man Young aka James Chew Mun Young, as Settlor and initial Trustee, and the decedent’s estate, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Brenda Mei Ngan Wilson, successor Trustee of the aforesaid Trust, c/o Char Sakamoto Ishii Lum & Ching, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 850, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
