YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-WM3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WM3, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 17-1-0580-04 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 3215 Ala Ilima Street, #A-508, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96818, TMK No. (1) 1-1-060-012 (CPR 0054), in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI 96813 on March 19, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Steven T. If you fail to do so judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
