HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE6, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 17-1-0010 in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 15-1316 23rd Avenue, Keaau, HI 96749, TMK No. 3-1-5-037-097, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
