This Petition For Probate Of Will And Appointment Of Personal Representative And Transfer To Informal Proceedings having been filed, and previously scheduled to be heard on October 11, 2018, is being rescheduled by the Court, therefore
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
That on March 7, 2019, at 9 a.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable R. Mark Browning, Presiding Judge, in his courtroom in Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the time and place of hearing on said Petition; and
That, pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560: 1-401(a)(3) and in accordance with H.R.S. Section 560:7-206, Rule 7 of the Hawaii Probate Court Rules,
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 1O(c) of the Hawaii Probate Court Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court and service it on all interested persons within 30 days of service of the petition and this Order Setting Date, Time, and Place for Hearing.
