Pauoa Valley Preserve, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, has dissolved and intends to terminate. All persons having a claim against the Company must present their claims to the Company at the address listed below. Any such claim (a) must be presented in writing and must contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the Company of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim, and (b) must be sent to:
