It appearing from the sworn petition for adoption and termination of parental rights filed in this cause, that the whereabouts of the Respondent, Courtney Chase Sanford, may be known but cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry. It further appearing that Courtney Chase Sanford may be residing at 1314 Victoria Street, Apt. 803, Honolulu Hawaii 96814. Courtney Chase Sanford is a Caucasian female, and her date of birth is February 21, 1990.
It is therefore ordered that Respondent, Courtney Chase Sanford, make her appearance herein at the Chancery Court of Tipton County, Tennessee, 1801 South College Street, Covington, Tennessee 38019 on Thursday, the 11th day of February 2019, at 9:00 a.m. and answer petitioners’ petition for adoption and termination of parental rights or the same will be taken for confessed as to Respondent and this cause proceeded with ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser of Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii.
