YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the Association of Apartment Owners of Terrazza/Cortebella/Las Brisas/Tiburon has filed a Complaint in Interpleader against you in Civil No. 17-1-0135-01 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking to interplead funds to which you may claim an interest related to the non judicial foreclosure sale of certain real property located at 91-695 Makalea Street, No. 120, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706, and identified by Tax Map Key (1) 9-1-010-118.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the above entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on January 29, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon the attorneys for the Interpleader Plaintiff at Forrester Legal, LLLC, whose address is Alii Place, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 2110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint in Interpleader.
