Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-W1, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2004 ("Plaintiff"), has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure ("Complaint") against you in that action filed as Civil No. 18-1-0178-02 JHC in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 45-029 B Waikalualoko Loop, Kaneohe, HI 96744, Tax Map Key number 1-4-5-006-008-0000, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H.
