NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Balzer Pacific Equipment Co. of that certain aggregate processing and wet classifying equipment and components situated at Kapaa Quarry, 909 Kalanianaole Highway, Kailua, Hawaii, TMK: (1) 4-2-015-001, has been completed.
