Notice is hereby given that DENNIS TOSHIAKI MORI, aka DENNIS T. MORI, aka DENNIS MORI, passed away on September 22, 2018. This Notice is made by DIANE K. MORI, sole-Trustee of the Joint Revocable Trust Agreement dated November 7, 1990, made by DENNIS T. MORI and DIANE K. MORI, jointly as Settlors and jointly as Trustees, whose address is c/o LARRY L. MYERS, ESQ., 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, (808) 535-5700.
All persons having a claim against the above-named trust or estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said sole Trustee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
