Notice is hereby given that DAVID HIROSHI SAITO, whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Ave., Honolulu, HI, 96816, has filed a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, an Application requesting his, RODNEY TSUYOSHI SAITO and JONATHAN MAMORU SAITO’s appointment as Co-Personal Representatives of the above-named estate in informal proceedings and is a Successor Co-Trustee of the Ronald Masaru Saito Revocable Living Trust dated September 20, 1991. If any interested person objects to this informal proceeding, a petition for formal proceedings must be filed within 90 days after the date of the first publication of this notice. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate or trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Co-Personal Representatives or the Successor Co-Trustees at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
