Pursuant to the Order of the Court in Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. vs. Gray, et al., Civil No. 12-1- 1838-06, the following property will be sold. DESCRIPTION: 94-043 Waikele Loop, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797, TMK (1) 9-4-027-157; OPEN HOUSES: NO OPEN HOUSES; AUCTION: Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 12:00 noon in front of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold "as is" to the highest bidder with no upset price. Not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest successful bid price shall be deposited with the Commissioner immediately upon the close of bidding, by cash or certified check. Prior to bidding, each person must show his or her ability to pay the down payment. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid upon approval and confirmation of the sale by the Court.
