NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HENRIETTA M. KANIHO, also known as HENRIETTA MELI KANIHO, died in Honolulu, Hawaii on February 15, 2018.
All persons having a claim against the above-named decedent, estate of the decedent or the HENRIETTA M. KANIHO Revocable Living Trust dated May 10, 1994, are hereby notified that CHARLOTTE LEILANI TORRES is the Trustee of the above-named Trust, whose post office address is c/o Damon T. Yonashiro, Esq., Seven Waterfront Plaza, Suite 7-400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and are further notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the trust at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
