ALSO KNOWN AS HERBERT MONTAGUE
RICHARDS, JR., DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that HERBERT M. RICHARDS, JR., also known as HERBERT MONTAGUE RICHARDS, JR., passed away on June 4, 2018.
All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent, Estate or the Trustee of the HERBERT M. RICHARDS, JR. REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated January 4, 1995, as amended and restated, are hereby notified that ELEANORE ATHERTON CHONG, whose address is c/o 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is serving as Trustee of the above-named estate and trust.
Any interested person who desire further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they are will be forever barred.
