NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF IMA K. WHITE, Deceased
and THE IMA K. WHITE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Sections 560:3-801 and 560:3-803, notice is given that Ima K. White died on April 19, 2018, and Stanley Lum and Luella H. Lum are the Successor Trustees of the Ima K. White Revocable Living Trust dated March 17, 2004, as amended, and are the named Personal Representatives under the Last Will and Testament of Ima K. White.
All creditors of the Estate of Ima K. White and the Ima K. White Revocable Living Trust dated March 17, 2004, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustees, Stanley Lum and Luella H. Lum, c/o Donald K. O. Wong, Esq., P. O. Box 2800, Honolulu, HI 96803-2800, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
