YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs Decathlon S.A. and Decathlon USA LLC have filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. CV 18-00256-ACK-RLP, in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, praying for judgment against Alokele Hale LLC dba H20 Ninja and Alexander Krivoulian, and for other proper relief.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Richard L. Puglisi, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom at 300 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96850, on November 16, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said Plaintiffs’ attorneys, Brett R.
