YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs Royce Colman and Cathleen Colman have filed a Complaint in Civil No. 17-1-330K, Third Circuit Court in which Plaintiffs seek a judgment that they own that certain parcel of land covered by a portion of Grant 1179 to Palau, at Kahauloa, South Kona, County and State of Hawaii lying westerly (rnakai) of the Old Government Road, designated as Tax Map Key (3) 8-2-09: 22, containing about 8.90 acres.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Robert D.S. Kirn at his courtroom in the Third Circuit Court, Kona Division, located at 79-1020 Haukapila Street, Kealakekua, Hawaii (the Old Kona Hospital building), on November 19, 2018 at the time of 8:30 am o’clock, A.M. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it on the Plaintiffs’ attorney at 75-5751 Kuakini Highway, Room 201, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs’ Complaint.
