NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court filed August 10, 2018, the Petition for Determination of Heirs of ANGELA MARY PETTI-BANIAGA, Deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to a portion of a parcel of land at TMK: (3) 1-9-010-041, County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on Wednesday, the 17th day of October, 2018 at 8:00 o’clock, a.m., in the courtroom of the presiding Judge of the above-entitled Court, in Hilo, Hawaii, located at 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. All persons interested are hereby entitled to appear at said time and place.
