The S & H Enterprises, LLC has terminated. In order to preserve any claim against the limited liability company, you must:
Present the claim in writing to the dissolved limited liability company on or before September 22, 2020.
Describe the claim in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the dissolved limited liability company of your identity and of the amount and nature of your claim. You must make this description as part of the written presentation of your claim.
