SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs MARK WILLIAM GREENWOOD and CLARA RAE GREENWOOD has filed a Complaint in Fifth Circuit Civil No. 18-1-0082 against you in the above-entitled Court to wherein said Plaintiffs pray to foreclose or have forfeiture upon an Agreement of Sale with regard to the following real property:
Beachhouse No. 407, Building 40, of that certain Condominium Project known as “Kiahuna Plantation”, formerly known as “Kiahuna (Phase V)”, Kiahuna, Kauai, Hawaii, more particularly identified as Kauai Tax Map Key: 2-8-017-010- 0007.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appeared before the Presiding Judge, in his Courtroom,at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Hawaii, on October 25, 2018, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Walton D. Y. Hong, attorney for Plaintiff, at 3135-A Akahi Street, Lihue, HI 96766. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint to foreclose or forfeit on the Agreement of Sale for the said property.
