All creditors of the above-named decedent’s estate and of the Leone M. Tomisato Revocable Living Trust dated September 28, 1992, as amended, are hereby notified pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560: 3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to MILES T. TOMISATO, nominated personal representative of the above decedent’s estate and Trustee of the Trust, 98-412 Kilinoe Street, Apt. 204, Aiea, Hawaii 96701, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
