DOROTHY M. BRANDON

84, passed away on July 13, 2018 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late Van & Louisa Hartsell. She is also predeceased by her sisters; Mary Hoffacker, Barbara Nelson and Margaret Hartsell, and a granddaughter, Kelli Spraberry.
Dorothy loved her job at the submarine base in Groton, Ct. where she was known and loved as “Miss Dottie” by all the sailors and submariners on the base.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, “Duke.” She is also survived by her daughters; Donna Brandon, Madeline Peterson and her husband Breck; grandchildren, Ian Watts, Steven Spraberry, Brandon Smith, and Alison Spraberry and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members.

Services will be held in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
