Notice is hereby given that DIANE JAMES has made and filed with this Court a Petition to Appoint Conservator and Guardian of the above-referenced Respondent. Thursday, August 30, 2018, at 9 a.m. in the courtroom of the Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, who shall be sitting in probate at 777 Punchbowl Street, Kaahumanu Hale, in Honolulu, Hawaii, is the appointed time and place of hearing said Petition. Any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection or response with the Court and serve it upon all interested parties within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice or by the date of the scheduled hearing, whichever date is earlier.
