NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RUDOLPH K. ESPINDA, Successor Trustee of the 2006 Rowena K. Manoa Revocable Living Trust (hereinafter referred to as "Petitioner"), has filed a Petition for Confirmation of Sale of Real Property, which will be heard on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., before the Judge of this Court presiding in Probate in his courtroom, at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
Any Manoa family members of Rowena K. Manoa, Settlor of the 2006 Rowena K. Manoa Revocable Living Trust (i.e., those family members related to Rowena K. Manoa through her late husband, Andrew "Danny" Manoa), interested in purchasing the real property are hereby notified to submit sealed bids in an amount not less than $1,313,000, prior to the hearing, as provided by H.R.S. § 531-29 and Hawaii Probate Rule 70, and to appear at said time and place and to assert their objections, if any they have, to the granting of the prayer of the petition. A deposit of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be required with the bid proposal.
Said petitioner prays for confirmation of the sale of 507-C Kawailoa Road, Kailua, Hawaii 96734, being further identified as Tax Map Key Number (1) 4-3-010-025, for the sum of $1,250,000.
