NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to HRS 560:3-801, all persons having a claim against the ESTATE OF JESSE MIRANDA, JR., DECEASED, the ESTATE OF LYDIA L. MIRANDA, DECEASED, or THE JESSE MIRANDA, JR. TRUST, THE LYDIA L. MIRANDA TRUST, THE MIRANDA JOINT TRUST all dated 04/28/1997, and THE MIRANDA FAMILY TRUST dated 11/10/1999 are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Warren Y. Imada, c/o 1585 Kapiolani Blvd. #1230, Honolulu, HI 96814 within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
